Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) for the fabrication and installation of replacement stairs and landings to be installed at the Granite Education Center Preschool, 2468 South State Street, Building 'E' Salt Lake City, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: - Field verification of existing conditions; preparation of shop drawings. - Demolition and removal of existing stair treads, risers, metal deck, and concrete. - Sandblast existing railings, stringers, beams, and joists. - Install new steel pan treads, risers, deck, and concrete. - Paint the entire stair structure. Seek quotes from responsive and responsible Contractor to fabricate and install replacement stairs and landing at Granite Education Center (GEC) Building E . Question Deadline 12/06/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online.
