Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) for the fabrication and installation of replacement stairs and landings to be installed at the Granite Education Center Preschool, 2468 South State Street, Building 'E' Salt Lake City, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: - Field verification of existing conditions; preparation of shop drawings. - Demolition and removal of existing stair treads, risers, metal deck, and concrete. - Sandblast existing railings, stringers, beams, and joists. - Install new steel pan treads, risers, deck, and concrete. - Paint the entire stair structure.
