Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this tender. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/19 02:00:00 PM NST General Requirements - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Training Required Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this tender on behalf of Labrador Grenfell Zone to submit bids for a Standing Offer for Cleaning Services at the Labrador Grenfell Health Centre in Happy Valley Goose Bay, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act. The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of two (2) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods. NLHS is looking for companies, or teams of individuals who can provide cleaning services in the Happy Valley - Goose Bay area as outlined below. Vendors must agree to the continuity of services provided without delay while meeting the requirements/specifications set out in this document. Labrador-Grenfell Health (LGH) provides a number of accommodation units for employees to use on a short-term basis. It is required that these units are cleaned prior to a subsequent employee's use of the unit. The units currently comprise: 1. 1 apartment/efficiency units x 1 bedroom 2. 43 apartment/efficiency units x 2 bedroom 3. 6 apartment/efficiency units x 3 bedroom Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
