The Scope of This Tender Includes the Supply and Delivery of Various Door Hardware for School and Office Sites Located Throughout the Nlschools System. Ship-to Locations Are Provided in Subsection 6 of This Tender Document. 2. Price on All Locks is to Be Completed With Combinated Core as Per the Province's Coding. 3. To Ensure Consistency and Compatibility All Items Will Be Awarded to One Bidder Per Area. Bidders Can Bid on One or Multiple Areas. Pricing for All Items, Within Each Area Being Bid on, Must Be Provided in the Attached Nlschools-25-049-appendix a in Order to Be Considered for Award. 4. A Completed Nlschools-25-049-appendix a Must Be Submitted With Tender Bid, Otherwise the Bid May Be Deemed as Non-compliant. The Standing Offer Agreement will be in effect for one (1) year fixed from date of award with an optional three (3), one (1) year contract extensions subject to the mutual agreement of both parties in writing. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
