Site work and paving for a civil project in Jackson, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Teton County Public Works is responsible for maintaining Spring Gulch Road (County Road 22-4). Teton County is interested in procuring designs and specifications for maintenance and reconstruction of segments of Spring Gulch Road, inclusive of adjacent ditches, culverts, and connections with adjacent private roads. SCOPE OF WORK Specific needs of this project include, but are not limited to: Field Survey or acquisition of adequate existing topographic data such as LiDAR, drone or photogrammetry for design of the two segments of roadway. Evaluation of existing pavement conditions, including geotechnical work in each section to influence design and specification. Design pavement section and pavement rehabilitation strategies informed by inspection of existing conditions and geotechnical work for each project area. Recommendations for roadway repairs considering existing deficient areas and subgrade issues. Inspection and evaluation of existing ditches and culverts. Provide recommendations for repair or replacement. Phased construction drawings split into two sections as follows: Area A - Cattleman's Bridge North to Sagebrush Drive - Approximately 1.7 Miles and 22 Foot Pavement Width. Area B - Highway 22 to North of Polo Place - Approximately 3.1 Miles and 24 Foot Pavement Width. Specification book utilizing Engineers Joint Contract Documents (EJCDC) and Wyoming Public Works Standard Specifications with supplementary conditions and specifications as needed for the project to be bid out for construction. Cost opinion for construction of the two road segments with recommended improvements. Design shall include all incidentals to road design, including signage and seeding. Assist Owner in bidding process including answering technical questions and pre-bid meeting. Deliverables shall include plans in 11x17 format and specification book as described above. A 50% complete set of design plans and specifications shall be submitted to the Owner for review and approval before proceeding to final design. Consultant shall provide the construction documents in PDF format.
