Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Teton County reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals. Questions are to be posted on the Public Purchase website. All questions and answers will be available to all bidders. All aspects of a completed project are to be part of the bid, including but not limited to measurements, product selection, sample submittals and purchasing, demolition, and disposal of existing assemblies, installation of wall and door framing, hardware, electrical and data connections, refinish of interior finishes, code compliance, permitting, etc. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the door replacements at the following locations: o Two north doors and a center double-door entrance on the south side of the building shall be sliding or swinging automatic ADA entrances. o Two single doors on the south side of the building to match the three other doors in color, style, and manufacture.
