Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project will generally consist of cleaning the pathways to be sealed, furnishing and applying two coats of sealant, pathway/cross walk striping, crack sealing, mastic sealing, and other miscellaneous items. Total project length is 9.3 miles of 10-foot-wide pathways; and 0.34 miles of 8' wide pathways. All work shall be completed no later than October 17th, 2025. Notice to proceed will be issued no later than 7 days after contract is fully executed. Bids must be accompanied by a money order, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for 5% of the bid amount (to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written agreement contract and furnish the required documents). Money orders and certified checks can be sent to: Teton County Parks & Recreation, Attn: Max Moran, PO Box 811, Jackson, WY 83001. The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the project. In accordance with Wyoming Statutes, a five percent (5%) bid preference will apply to bids from Wyoming Resident Contractors. Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals.
