Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Teton County is issuing this request for qualifications "RFQ" in search of experienced persons and firms that have expertise in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design. A project manual, complete with plans and specifications for HVAC design, is required. The desired outcome is plans and specifications for the demolition and disposal of existing HVAC equipment and its replacement with a new energy-efficient system that integrates with the county building automation standard. HVAC Load Calculation - analyze the existing conditions and include in the project manual. HVAC Selection Matrix - using the Teton County matrix, the engineering team will work. with ownership and a commissioning agent to determine what system will be designed. Plans and Specifications - electrical, mechanical, controls, demolition, functional testing parameters, building information model or other verification process, and building automation plans are needed. Construction Administration Services - OAC meetings, site visits, and plan updates. Project Manual.
