The Work shall consist of but is not limited to furnishing and installing crosswalk enhancements along with the appropriate appurtenance; construction materials; mobilization and demobilization; all traffic and pedestrian control (including furnishing and installing all arrowboards, barricades, signs, delineators, and flagmen); information signs; protecting in place or removing and replacing all existing utilities; replacing destroyed survey monuments; and restoring all areas and improvements to pre-construction conditions. 2. The Contractor shall, upon completion of the construction and appurtenances required herein, initially operate all components of the Contract Work furnished and installed by Contractor, and make any additional adjustments, corrections, repairs, replacements, and reconstructions necessary to provide the City with complete, correctly operating pedestrian countdown heads and appurtenances. The Contractor shall obtain necessary permits from all appropriate agencies.
