Renovation of a municipal facility in Mooresville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of March 26 ,2025 Project has been awarded to Greenlee General Contractors, Inc with the awarded amount of $65,205.00 SCOPE OF WORK The awarded vendor shall repair by replacing existing hood exhaust system in the Dining Facility (DFAC) kitchen area, to include all exhaust fans, duct work, and make-up air unit then install a new National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and United Facilities Criteria (UFC) code compliant hood exhaust system with integrated fire suppression. Submit Written Questions Vendor February 12, 2025, by 2:00pm, ET Provide Responses to Questions State February 13, 2025 Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Tim Pendergrass Procurement Specialist II All work shall be completed with invoice received by CFMO office no later than April 24th. the State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers at any time if such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of the State.
