The work will consist of the construction of one 1,000,000 gallon composite elevated water storage tank located at 2014 Charlotte Hwy, Mooresville, NC 28117 including concrete foundation system, concrete pedestal, steel bowl, valves, piping and appurtenances, ladders, guardrails, electrical and instrumentation, cleaning and disinfection, sitework, painting, grading, yard piping, erosion control, and other associated facilities as described in the Contract Documents.
