OC Public Works is Soliciting a Pre-qualification From Interested and Qualified Respondents for the Job Order Contract (JOC) for Pavement Services. This Pre-Qualification process is to pre-qualify Contractors to be eligible to participate in the bidding process of Pre-qualification for Job Order Contract (Joc) for Pavement Services, with a not to exceed amount of $5,000,000 which will be advertised for bids to the pre-qualified Contractors on 03/04/2025. A description of the project, scope of work, and details are provided. Respondents Are Advised to Carefully Read the Requirements Prior to Submitting Their Pre-qualification. Any County Response Relevant to This Pre-qualification Other Than Through or Approved by OC Public Works/procurements Services is Unauthorized and Will Be Considered Invalid. February 13, 2025 - All Questions Pertaining to This Pre-qualification Must Be Submitted to: Thanh Vu, OC Public Works/procurement Services, via electronically. Contractor questions for clarification or interpretation regarding the Pre-Qualification Documents for this project shall be directed to: Thanh Vu, Deputy Purchasing Agent ("DPA"), via electronically. The County does not guarantee that you will receive addenda to this solicitation. Contractors should review online. Any interpretation of, or correction to this Pre-Qualification, will be made only by an addendum issued by the DPA. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure Contractor has reviewed any and all addenda to this Pre-Qualification. The County will not be responsible for any other explanations, corrections to, or interpretations of the documents, including any oral information. March 13, 2025 - Questions Posted electronically, Due by 2:00 P.m. February 21, 2025 - Pre-qualification Packet Due by 2:00 P.m. March 4, 2025 - Invitation for Bid Released to Pre-qualified Bidders March 19, 2025 - Bids & Original Bid Security Are Due at 2:00 P.m. The County Has Determined That Contractor's of Specific Trade; License Class-a or C-12 Shall Be Required to Participate in a Pre-qualification Process and Become Pre-qualified to Be Eligible to Participate in the Bidding Process. Contractor's Will Be Notified via online, if They Are Eligible to Submit a Bid Proposal. The Pre-qualification Questionnaire is Included in This Notification. Bidders That Are Interested in This Project Shall Fill Out the Questionnaire Documents and Submit Them Electronically. County Reserves the Right to Make Multiple Awards to Bidders for Services Requested in This Solicitation, at Its Sole Discretion, to Serve the Best Interests of the County. Contractor is Required to Pay Prevailing Wages for All Applicable Work Performed on County Property.
