This City is looking for a Third-Party Commissioning Authority to be responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation, documenting and management of the detailed commissioning plan and associated commissioning activities for Fire Hall No.11 to meet the requirements of the City of Saskatoon's High Performance Civic Building Policy C08-002. The "Third-Party Commissioning Authority" will facilitate and ultimately oversee the commissioning process for all systems to be commissioned except the building envelope system, which its commissioning falls under the prime design consultant responsibilities.
