Renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Award subject to final approval. Work includes but may not be limited to the replacement of boilers and associated equipment for Montgomery School. All required general contractor duties such as cutting, patching and painting are also included in the scope. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided in the Bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. It is the intent that the Work commence as soon as practical after the award of the Contract and be complete by August 22nd, 2025.
