The Work of this Contract, designated WO10000179, consists of the design and installation of a new gas detection system and the removal of the existing gas detection system, including but not limited to: 3.1.1 Design of a new gas detection system. 3.1.1.2 Review the existing reference drawings. Survey the existing gas detection systems, electrical power distribution systems, ventilation systems, and other related systems on site. 3.1.1.3 Design the new gas detection system. 3.1.1.4 Submit design for TTC review and acceptance. 3.1.2 Installation of the new gas detection system. 3.1.2.1 Submit product and installation shop drawings. 3.1.2.2 Install the new gas detection system. 3.1.2.3 Commissioning of the new gas detection system, except the interfacing between the gas detection system and the BACS system. 3.1.2.4 Deferred Commissioning of the interfacing between the new gas detection system and the BACS system. BACS system upgrading project will be carried out separately and may be completed later than the gas detection system replacement. 3.1.3 Removal of the existing gas detection system. 3.1.3.1 Remove existing sensors. 3.1.3.2 Remove existing wiring that is not reused. Remove exposed conduits that are not reused and are not shared with other existing systems.
