The intent and purpose of this IFB is to obtain competitive bids and award a contract for annual asphalt mix supplier for the City of St. Charles. The term of agreement shall be from award through December 31, 2025. Any questions related to the IFB shall be submitted to Paul Feldmann, Purchasing Manager, at paul.feldmann@stcharlescitymo.gov The City of Saint Charles reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
