Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The 2025 Preservation ADA Improvements project will construct or upgrade sidewalk curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations prior to pavement preservation work including sidewalk, curb and pavement restoration, and installing detectable warning surfaces, at various locations in Clark County. Primary bid items: Construction Surveying; Crushed Surfacing Base Course; HMA Cl. 3/8 in.>G 58H-22; Landscape Restoration; Cement Cone. Traffic Curb and Gutter; Cement Cone. Pedestrian Curb; Cement Cone. Sidewalk: Cement Cone. Curb Ramp, and Traffic Control. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County. Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
