The 2025 Preservation ADA Improvements project will construct or upgrade sidewalk curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations prior to pavement preservation work including sidewalk, curb and pavement restoration, and installing detectable warning surfaces, at various locations in Clark County. Pedestrian Curb; Cement Cone. Sidewalk: Cement Cone. Curb Ramp, and Traffic Control. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County.
