Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Canton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.

The North Canton City Schools (NCCS) is accepting proposals from Professional Service firms with proven experience and expertise in sales and installation of theater seats. The NCCS has original theater seats to be replaced in the Main Floor rows O, P, Q, R, S and T (see attached PFD map) and the entire balcony. The NCCS's goal is to have these chairs replaced with the best value chairs that closely match the quality of the existing lowerlevel chairs in Hoover Hall. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to locate a source that will provide the best overall value to the NCCS for the installation of these new chairs. Please note: The NCCS custodial Staff will remove the existing chairs and provide the selected installation crew with a smooth, cement floor for installation no later than July 1, 2025. Preferred Proposal Organization: To facilitate review of the proposals, the Consultants or Contractors are requested to organize the main document as follows. If the Consultant or Contractor wishes to submit additional information in support of or to strengthen the proposal, please provide such information separately in Appendices. Cost Proposal: Please provide the cost of the professional services based on the envisioned scope of work and project deliverable s of this RFP, respectively, with any additional qualifications and clarifications that you may deem appropriate. The project cost estimate should be sufficiently detailed and include breakdowns for the various tasks and deliverables. The NCCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
