Mechanical upgrades to provide new DOAS Units on the Roof, new ductwork for ventilation and exhaust of all rooms of the building and new classroom ceilings and lighting to facilitate the work. 2. Addition 1 (Constructed 1993): a. Complete Roof Replacement 3. Addition 2 (Constructed 2000) a. Complete Roof Replacement b. New Keyless Entry System c. Chiller Replacement d. Alternate #1; New "Vocal Booth" Pre-Engineered Modular Kiosk in Classroom 204 including infrastructure connections and various classroom renovations. . The new major equipment includes: New Chiller, New Dedicated Outdoor Air System (RTU), New Lighting.
