Goals for minority participation for each trade 19.6% Goals for female participation in each trade 6.9% Intent to Bid Due Date: Aug 14th 2025, 2:00 PM CDT Questions Due Date: Jun 4th 2025, 4:00 PM CDT Construction Services for Cheltenham and Brookdale Substation Roof Repairs This is a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation, Bidder must be verified as an SBE with Metra or one of the other four Illinois unified Certification Program (IL UCP) members, Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), Pace, City of Chicago and lllinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) at the time bids are due in order for the bid to be evaluated. The Site visit is scheduled for May 28, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at 6921 South Kenwood Ave, Chicago, IL 60637. ALL ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR HARD HATS, ORANGE SAFETY VEST (CLASS II WITH REFLECTIVE STRIPING), SAFETY GLASSES (SIDE SHIELDS FOR PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR), and STEEL TOED SAFETY BOOTS.
