The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for semi-annual (twice per year) inspection, maintenance, and servicing of four (4) Heating and Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and systems, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely. The services will be performed at the Slinkard/Little Antelope Wildlife Area in Mono County: 109429 Highway 395, Coleville, CA 96107 - SOH R-102 and Office 604 Mill Canyon Road, Walker, CA 96107 - SOH R101 The DVBE participation requirement for this Solicitation is 3% Agreement Term Upon CDFW approval through June 30, 2027. License Required: A - General Engineering Contractor, OR B - General Building Contractor, OR C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor.
