The Project is generally described as: Full interior pressure wet surface wash out and inspection. - Report to be provided to owner on tank condition. Back gouge and full penetration weld all 4 sides of steel patch portion on the west face of the tank cone provide x-ray inspection of all four sides of said patch to ensure successful weld has been achieved. Full exterior pressure wash, inspection, and power tool with overcoat system as per technical specifications For accommodations needed by persons with disabilities to attend the public bid opening meeting, please call (317)477-4320. Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner re- serves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serves the interests of the Owner after all bids have been examined and canvassed. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the scheduled opening of the bids with- out the consent of Owner.
