Site work for a water / sewer project in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: Installation of 1,000 feet of 8-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) structural liner and 3,000 feet of 10-inch CIPP structural liner on Theodore Street and Illinois Rte 53. Multiple access pits are required within Illinois Department of Transportation roadways and temporary bypass piping is required to supply water to multiple homeowners and commercial businesses. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Crest Hill reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 115 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Question Deadline 03/19/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing.
