The ENGINEER'S address is 3714 North Main Street, P.O. Drawer 49, Farmville, NC 27828-0049. The ENGINEER'S telephone number is (252) 753-2139. This PROJECT is subject to the good faith efforts and goals for participation by minority businesses required by G.S. 143-128.2. The OWNER has adopted a verifiable ten percent(10%) goal for participation by minority businesses in the total value of the WORK. BIDDERS shall, within the time framesspecified in the BID documents, submitall required affidavits and documentation demonstrating that the BIDDERmade the required good faith effort incompliance with G.S. 143-128.2. Failure to file all required affidavits and documentationwithin the required time frames isgrounds for rejection of the BID. Prospective BIDDERS who have beenfound guilty of discrimination within the last two (2) years are debarredfrom bidding.
