Plans call for the replacement of the existing windows at the Mitchell Hall Theatre. Work for this project will occur during UCO's summer break 2025. Bid Packages in this advertisement: #08.0 - Aluminum-Clad Wood Windows 1. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment to perform all work required to remove and replace existing windows on the original wing of the Mitchell Hall Theatre Building in strict accordance with the Construction Documents and all Authorities Having Jurisdiction. 2. Refer to attached drawings Bid Package #08.0 - Aluminum-Clad Wood Windows - Window Plan 1st Floor, Bid Package #08.0 - Aluminum-Clad Wood Windows - Window Plan 2nd Floor and Bid Package #08.0 - Aluminum-Clad Wood Windows - Window Plan Mezzanine Level for window locations. 3. Furnish and install fixed aluminum-clad wood windows at all locations except those described in item #4 below. 4. Furnish and install single hung aluminum-clad wood windows at the 2 nd floor office area (not including those in the stairwells) and the mezzanine level. 5. Provide for all shipping, offloading and staging of materials. 6. Provide shop/coordination drawings. 7. Furnish and install black window film at the five windows at the auditorium. 8. Furnish and install all shims, caulking, sealants, and glazing tapes required for this scope of work. 9. Windows to have tempered glass. 10. Provide for the removal and disposal of existing windows. 11. Cleanup and haul off trash generated by this scope of work. 12. Provide lifts and or scaffolding as required for this scope of work. 13. Flagg off lifts/scaffolding and work area from pedestrian traffic. 14. Windows to be removed in a manner to allow for the installation of the new windows to occur immediately so that the building is not left exposed to the elements or unprotected. 15. Final clean windows after installation. 16. Windows to have a 10-year warranty and a 20-year warranty on the glass. 17. Windows to be prefinished aluminum on the outside and have a factory painted finish on the interior. 18.
