Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; and water / sewer project.
*As of May 15, 2025, this bid package has been awarded. Construction is set to start in June 2025, and the project will be completed in January 2026. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plans to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the City of Edmond AC Caplinger Sports Complex, Bid Package #05 inclusive of: Joint Sealants & Waterproofing, Sports Equipment, Shade Structures, & Netting This project is subject to tax-exempt status. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
