Mechanical Upgrades to provide new DOAS Units on the Roof, new ductwork for ventilation and exhaust of all rooms of the building and new classroom ceilings and lighting to facilitate the work. Addition 1 (Constructed (1993) a. Complete Roof Replacement. Addition 2 (Constructed 2000) a. Complete Roof Replacement. b. New Keyless Entry System. c. Chiller Replacement. d. Alternate 1 New "Vocal Booth" Pre-Engineered Modular Kiosk in Classroom 204 including infrastructure connections and various classroom renovations. New major equipment includes New Chiller, New Dedicated Outdoor Air System (RTU), New Lighting. Trades included but not limited to: Selective & Building Demo., Hazardous Materials, Environmental Assessment, Asbestos Abatement (Interiors), CIP, Steel Decking, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Cold & Hot Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Gypsum Plaster Patching, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Visual Display Boards, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, & Access Control System - Keyless Access.
