Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to supply of all material, labour and installation of flooring and wall finishes. This work includes but is not limited to carpet tile, vinyl tile, floor bases, terrazzo rehabilitation, floor/wall ceramic tile and expansion joints. Based on the available design information, the preliminary estimated cost for this scope of work is valued CAD$3,600,000 for the Tower C phase. The work will begin upon contract award and will be executed within the Construction Manager's overall construction schedule. The scheduled duration for this work will be confirmed in the second stage of tendering. The anticipated start of works associated with this prequalification and tender process will be July 2025.
