Reference Number 0000286935 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/12 03:00:00 PM EST The intent of this tender is to establish the lowest hourly rates from a competent, qualified electrical contractor for the potential execution of work on a time and material basis to an upset limit of $2,000,000.00 throughout 2025-2026. The CM reserves the right to increase or decrease the total value of T&M work and as such cannot be held responsible for any loss of revenue or profit in the event that this volume of work is not completed. Depending on pricing, workload volumes, and contractor availability, Pomerleau reserves the right to assign the work to additional contractors, the goal of which is to complete work in a safe and timely fashion to minimize customer inconveniences. The scope of work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment and service vehicles required to complete the assigned tasks, costs of which will be invoiced with detailed back-up. Contractor is responsible to coordinate all ESA permits and related ESA requirements related to each repair task. Pomerleau requires all service work to be completed and or supervised by licensed, journeyman electrician as required. Licensed as an electrical contractor in Ontario Contractor to complete all electrical scope works as they relate to: Temporary Power Distribution Systems (Items included when identified in the electrical documents) Mechanical Controls Emergency and Standby Power Lighting Heating Grounding and Lightning/Protection CSA approved parts and supplies are to be supplied by the contractor as required.
