Reference Number 0000286934 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/10 02:00:00 PM EST Asphalt and Concrete Paving and associated Work: a) In order to meet the requirements for Asphalt and Concrete Paving and associated work, respondents must clearly demonstrate their commercial and institutional experience and ability to successfully undertake, and complete similar projects included in 2.6.1.b b) Work covered under the scope of this Prequalification includes Asphalt and Concrete Paving and associated work. More specifically, the scope of this Pre-qualification generally includes, but is not limited, to the following work: Repairs and/or replacement to the existing paving surfaces, asphalt or concrete, on streets, parking lots, sidewalk, pathways, building or garage ramps, and single home units access pathway or driveways; Supply and install cast in place or precast concrete elements, precast concrete steps and retaining walls; Repair or replace concrete curbs on streets or courtyards; Perform pavers, interlock, and patio stones layout work; Perform sewage and storm catch basins and manholes repairs or replacement. The initial term of the prequalification period is for two (2) years, ending on December 31, 2026. Commencement will be confirmed via formal notice to the qualifying firms. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
