Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The overall scope of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project includes but is not limited to the exterior heritage rehabilitation of the building envelope including masonry, windows, and copper roof. The interior works include demolition and abatement, structural steel seismic upgrades, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, gypsum, acoustic ceilings, paint, and carpet. The scope of work described herein includes competent supervision and the supply of all labour, materials, supplies, products, tools, machinery, equipment, consumables, protective equipment and all other services and items necessary to carry out and conduct the same and ensure that it is fit for the purpose for which it is intended. Complete the scope of work for the following sections of work inclusive of any requirement of scope indicated on drawings, specifications, or other documents included with or referenced herein.
