Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Alpharetta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of various improvements at four existing Alpharetta parks. All qualified General Contractors from this RFQ will then be invited to take part in an upcoming Request for Proposals for Alpharetta Park Improvements. The City of Alpharetta is requesting Statements of Qualification from qualified general contractors for the construction of the Alpharetta Park Improvements project. The project consists of various improvements at four existing Alpharetta parks: o Old Rucker Park located at 900 Rucker Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009 o Union Hill Park located at 1590 Little Pine Trail, Alpharetta GA 30005 o Wills Park located at 1815 Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta GA 30009 o Wills Park Equestrian Center located at 11915 Wills Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009 Site plans for the projects are provided as separate downloads as part of this RFQ. Full construction plans and specifications will be provided to those firms invited to participate in the subsequent RFP process. It is the City's intent to award this project to a single vendor. However, the City reserves the right to eliminate project elements from the final scope awarded the vendor.
