The purpose of this bid is to select bidder(s) to provide Miscellaneous Technology Equipment on an as needed basis. The successful Bidder(s) shall be awarded a contract for an initial two (2) year term with two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewal periods. There are seven (7) lots of miscellaneous technology equipment that the District can award on a per lot basis or all or none for the lots whichever is in the best interest to the District. The seven (7) lots will consist of Core Switches & Associated Components, Chassis Edge Switchgear, Single Edge Switchgear, Wireless Products, Voice Gateway & Telephony Equipment, Network Security, and APC Parts. Each lot has the component and the subcomponent(s) that must be included in the cost of the component to be purchased. Bidders must submit proof from the manufacturer that they are an authorized reseller for the equipment they are bidding. The manufacturers listed on the price sheet "Attachment A" are the District's preferred manufacturers allowing no Alternates. Print the Price Sheet in Landscape format so all columns fit on one page.
