2025 Remodeling Riley Construction Company, Inc., on behalf of the Queen Bee School District 16, is pleased to announce the bidding of contract work for the Queen Bee School District 16 2025 Remodeling. The Project is located at Glenside Middle School, 1560 Bloomingdale Road, Glendale Heights, IL 60139. The trade packages being solicited include: 02.01 Selective Demolition 06.01 General Trades 09.01 Framing and Drywall 09.02 Acoustical Ceilings and Wall/Ceiling Acoustical Panels 09.03 Athletic Resilient Flooring 09.04 Resilient, Carpet and Ceramic Flooring 09.05 Painting and Taping & Finishing Drywall 11.01 Food Service Equipment 11.02 Gym Equipment 12.01 Telescoping Bleachers 22.01 Plumbing 23.01 HVAC 26.01 Electrical It is required that all bidders submit prequalification paperwork. Qualified Bidding Contractors must submit their proposal (including the costs for a Payment and Performance Bond) on the Bid Form and a 10% bid bond. This project and all work on it are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Queen Bee School District 16 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept any proposal which Queen Bee School District 16 deems most favorable to their interest. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
