The Town of Hilton Head Island is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and properly licensed contractors to provide site demolition services for the former Aunt Chiladas Restaurant Building located at 69 Pope Avenue, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. See Exhibit G (separate pdf document) for additional details on the plans and specificationsfor this project. Any prospective bidder is invited to visit the site for the purposes of preparing their proposal.
