PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work involves furnishing and installing 328 LF of 48" reinforced concrete pipe, 80 LF of 36" reinforced concrete pipe, 80 LF of 24" reinforced concrete pipe, excavation of an existing drainage channel; installation of sanitary sewer conflict boxes; utility coordination; as well as installation of related structures, pavements and appurtenances as shown on the drawings and as specified. An additive bid is also included for the Accabee Water Main Relocations. All CWS work shall be completed by one of the 3 following prequalified contractors: Anson Construction Company, Inc., Triad Engineering and Contracting, Co., and R.H. Moore Company, Inc. SECURITY: Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, for an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be furnished. Checks, regardless of form, will not be accepted. OWNER'S RIGHTS: The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and to reject all Bids if it is in the Owner's best interest to do so.
