Project Location: 5025 W. Enterprise St. North Charleston , SC 29405 This scope of work includes but is not limited to; provide replacement of rooftop RTU units. System replacement shall include supply and return ductwork modifications, electrical service modifications, and balance and test of new equipment. Units shall be integrated into the existing Siemens control system. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: provide replacement of rooftop RTU units at Liberty Hill Academy. System replacement shall include supply and return ductwork modifications, electrical service modifications, and balance and test of new equipment. Units shall be integrated into the existing Siemens control system. A more detailed, but not exhaustive or all-inclusive list of scope requirements are shown in Specification. The contractor shall review drawings and specifications carefully to determine the complete scope of the project and not depend solely on the description below. The following list is meant to serve as a general description of the scope of the project. A. Contractor shall maintain the construction entrances. This shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) grading, filling of ruts and potholes, and maintaining proper drainage. Maintenance of entry gates shall also be the contractor's responsibility. Adjacent public streets, sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots shall be swept, scraped, washed and kept clean daily (more often as necessary) throughout all operations. B. Contractor to schedule his work in accordance with all noise ordinances per the authority having jurisdiction. C. Contractor shall provide a letter accepting all project conditions prior to commencing work. D. Contractor shall install all temporary security fencing and covered entrances as required by OSF on the site safety plan shown in the contract drawings. Contractor may use existing school fencing that is in place to achieve this purpose. Contractor is responsible for the any damages to existing fencing. E. Contractor is responsible for grounds maintenance along the perimeter fence. F. Contractor shall provide a project specific safety plan prior to mobilization. G. Contractor shall provide Builder's Risk Insurance.
