Renovation of an educational facility in Merced, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will install eighteen (18) door actuators and 10 operators in the Biomedical Science and Physics Building (BSP) basement level biosafety lab. All door actuators installed shall have Grade-1 ANSI A156.19 UL 1998 ADA certifications. BSP is an occupied building. Location BSP Building, UC Merced Campus Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be in writing and received by February 27, 2025 no later than 12:00pm. Questions received after the above-noted deadline may be answered at the discretion of the University's Representative.
