Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Carmichael Gymnasium (built in 1961) roofreplacement project involves design services and construction ofthe barrel-vaulted roof, a portion ofthe larger Carmichael complex. The roofwas last replaced in 1988. In addition, the project includes the evaluation ofthe original Kalwall window system at the barrel vaults to repair leaks, and the evaluation ofthe exterior exposed vaulted concrete structure to repair cracks. Construction is planned for the Fall of2025
