Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty, for the Wake Tech South Building C in Raleigh, NC. Bids for the following packages will be opened for the following Bid Packages: 06A Casework, 07B Roofing, 07C Spray Applied Fireproofing, 08G Interior Aluminum Frames & Glass, 09E: Flooring, 12A: Window Treatments, 22A: Plumbing, 23A: HVAC, 23C: HVAC Controls. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. All interested parties are advised that the prequalified bidders list will be finalized and made available via the issuance of a project addendum no less than 7 days prior to bid. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submission. Minority Business is a part of this contract and must comply with the State of North Carolina General Statutes. The CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all proposals. *Estimated value shown is for the entire project including but not limited to these bid packages.
