Renovation of a municipal facility in Hudson, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Reference Number 0000375818 The construction will be a single contract that shall include all required materials, tools, labor, new equipment; training, support, and expertise, under the requirements to remove the existing systems and construct and install fully operational HVAC, with electrical connections. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to the order of Columbia County Treasurer, or a bond with sufficient sureties, to be approved by the County Attorney, in such amount, conditioned that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will enter into a contract for the same and will provide acceptable security, in the form of cash, certified check or performance bonds, or letters of credit, as set forth in the contract documents. The work shall be substantially completed within 90 calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed. *The County of Columbia reserves the right, in its discretion, to waive technical noncompliance or irregularities that are not material or substantial, and to reject all bids and to rebid the project. The construction will be a single contract that shall include all required materials, tools, labor, new equipment; training, support, and expertise, under the requirements to remove the existing systems and construct and install fully operational HVAC, with electrical connections. The construction will include all required materials, tools, labor, new equipment; training, support, and expertise, to replace three (3) existing natural gas fired roof top HVAC units with new natural gas fired roof top HVAC units, and relocate two (2) existing unit to a new location on the same roof, to serve the office building including electrical and HVAC for a fully operational system. Contained herein are the components of the bid package to remove existing and furnish three (3) new natural gas fired rooftop HVAC units at the 11 Warren Street Office building. All bidders will take notice, review, and complete these components in order to offer a bid for the work. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal, transportation and disposal of three (3) existing rooftop units. Contract shall retain RTU #11 & RTU 10 and relocate to Unit #2 & #3 locations. Contractor shall prepare and reuse, existing roof curbs at each unit.
