Contained herein are the components of the bid package to remove existing and furnish three (3) new natural gas fired rooftop HVAC units at the 11 Warren Street Office building. All bidders will take notice, review, and complete these components in order to offer a bid for the work. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal, transportation and disposal of three (3) existing rooftop units. Contract shall retain RTU #11 & RTU 10 and relocate to Unit #2 & #3 locations. Contractor shall prepare and reuse, existing roof curbs at each unit.
