BSB Department of Public Works has hired Water & Environmental Technologies to develop a design for road, sidewalk, and stormwater infrastructure on Excelsior Avenue from Missoula Avenue to Ryan Road. New concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter will be placed on both sides of the newly constructed street. New stormwater infrastructure will be installed. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier s Check, or Bid Bond payable to Butte-Silver Bow County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
