The Owner invites a bid for: Design, supply, and erect a pre-engineered building for a new water treatment plant near the junction of Highway 4 and Pacific Rim Highway. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: . Design of 60' x 100' post-disaster building that meets the drawings and specifications included in this tender in accordance with the British Columbia Building Code 2024 . Water treatment plant building includes: o Structural steel columns and beams including specified coatings and finishes o Girts and purlins o Metal roofing and wall cladding system including doors, windows, flashings, trim, insulation, and interior metal liner as specified o Heavy duty gutters and downspouts o Associated fasteners and any required hardware . Submission of shop drawings for Owner and Consultant review . Supply of all building materials as specified in the drawings . Erection of water treatment plant building . Erection of the pre-engineered building will be coordinated by a General Contractor under a separate Agreement with the District of Ucluelet who will act as Prime Contractor. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
