Site work and paving for a civil project in Monte Vista, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Its Downtown Alleyway Infrastructure Improvements The overall project includes, but is not limited to, the following: replacement of sanitary sewer and waterline utilities, installation of new storm drainage infrastructure, and resurfacing of both alleys with hot mix asphalt. Work will be performed in City of Monte Vista Right-of-Ways and Colorado State Highway 160 Right-of-Way in two alleyways between Washington St and Adams St, and Adams St and Jefferson St. A Bid Bond in an amount of at least 5% of the maximum bid price shall be submitted with the bid. All questions shall be directed to the Project Engineer, Catherine Carella, P.E. via email at catherinec@sgm-inc.com, copying brigitteh@sgm-inc.com, no later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
