Construction of a new centralized wastewater treatment plant including new headworks, grit removal, process building, secondary treatment process and associated concrete basins, aeration system, blowers, onsite lift stations, tertiary filtration for metals removal, UV disinfection system, dewatering equipment, chemical feed equipment, silo, and all necessary ancillary piping, electrical, controls, earthwork, and biosolids removal and disposal. Also included is a new lift station at the Henderson WWTP and force main from the Henderson to Veteran's WWTP site for consolidation of all wastewater treatment at the Veteran's site. Also included are several collection system improvement components throughout the city's collection system. Finally, an office and laboratory building is included. Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
