The pump has been pulled and column pipe, tube, and shafting are at the well site. Column pipe is to be reused, but two sections are to be replaced and another section added. Oil tube, shaft, and accessories are to be replaced. Bidders should itemize bids and should include the costs for: 1)Two 1-1/4 x 2 x 20 Tube and Shaft, 2) Eighteen 1-1/4 x 2 x 10 Tube and Shaft, 3) One 10 x 10 Column Pipe, 4) Two 10 x 20 Column Pipe, 5) One 18 x 10 Nipple, 6) One Pump, 400-1000 gpm, 210 of head at 1,000 gpm, 7) Fifty-two inches of 1-1/4 RD Stainless Steel Barstock, 8) Three 2-1/2 .250 Black Steel Pipes, 9) Two 1-1/4 10 Thread L-Shaft Couplers, 10) One 1-1/4 x 2 Bearing, 11) One 2 x 1-1/4 Tension Nut, 12) One 1-1/4 12 LH Head Shaft Nut, 13) One 75 HP US Motor 16, 14) Mobilization of a 12-T Rig, 15) Labor for Machine Work, Bowl Shaft, Head Shaft, Special Shaft, New Tension Box, Special Tube, Install 220 of Pipe, Install Pump. The pump needs to be designed for a minimum of 400 gpm to a maximum of 1,000 gpm using a 75 HP motor. GPM will be changed as needed with an existing VFD. Bids should also include a description of equipment to be used, the bidders qualifications, and the estimated date of completion. The completion date must be on or before March 15th, 2025. The Subdistrict reserves the right to accept the bid it deems most accurate for the scope of work proposed.
