Reference Number 0000375727 Delivery Point: City of Arvada Award of these CMGC services is intended to be made in multiple parts. CM/GC Preconstruction Services ("Phase I") will be awarded first. The awarded Contractor shall provide preconstruction phase Construction Management services and will have the opportunity to be the General Contractor for the construction phase ("Phase II") upon the successful negotiation of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The City may terminate the Preconstruction Services Agreement at its convenience, effective upon the Contractor's receipt of notice from the City. The construction phase work is not guaranteed and is dependent on a successful GMP negotiation and approval by the City Council. The City is under no obligation to enter into any further agreement with the selected Phase I contractor, including an agreement for the construction/installation of the facility designed hereunder.
