Reference Number 0000378255 Delivery Point: 7510 Grandview Ave, Arvada CO 80002 City of Arvada Facilities Management group is looking for a qualified contracting firm to demolish a public restroom located at 7510 Grandview Ave, Arvada CO 80002. Once demolished, the contractor will restore the site to a condition prior to installation of the restroom. All work will conform to the City of Arvada general specifications attached. The contractor will be responsible for all permits, surveying, and utility locates as required. A site disturbance permit may be required dependent upon the amount of area disturbed. Permits: A demolition permit with the City of Arvada will need to be submitted and approved before any work is to take place. City of Arvada permit fees are waived.
