Once demolished, the contractor will restore the site to a condition prior to installation of the restroom. All work will conform to the City of Arvada general specifications attached. The contractor will be responsible for all permits, surveying, and utility locates as required. A site disturbance permit may be required dependent upon the amount of area disturbed.
