Reference Number 0000381125 The City of Arvada is requesting qualifications from professional plumbing contractors for the purpose of establishing on-call contract(s) to assist the staff on future plumbing projects and service calls on an as-needed basis. The contract shall commence on the date determined in the final negotiated agreement. The Contract may also include the option for contract renewals following the initial one (1) year period, up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Continuation of the contract beyond the initial period is a City prerogative and not a right of the vendor. Unless otherwise notified in writing, the option period shall become automatic at the end of the original period.
