A description of the work to be performed includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing railroad crossings, installation of railroad crossings, installation of railroad crossing signal work, roadway signage and striping installation, traffic control, coordination with roadway widening contractor, and any and all other work necessary to complete the project in accordance with Contract Documents including the plans and specifications. Bids shall emailed to bcollins@idesllc.com and jcampbell@idesllc.com on or before 12:00 p.m., March 21, 2025. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount will be required. The Bid Bond will be retained by Owner as liquidated damages should the Successful Bidder fail to enter into a Contract with the Owner in accordance with the Bid. Bidders must supply a list of Subcontractors providing Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) or more in labor and/or materials to the Project.
