Reference Number 0000375620 The City of Arvada is seeking quotes for assessment of inflow and infiltration in approximately 200' of parallel 30" siphon sanitary sewer pipes across Ralston Creek. Assessment of inflow and infiltration in approximately 200' of parallel 30" siphon sanitary sewer pipes across Ralston Creek (near the intersection of W 56th Ave and Ralston Rd). The lines cannot be taken out of service and no nearby excavation will be allowed. A ROW permit through the City of Arvada will be required to be obtained. The project shall be completed within 3 months of Notice to Proceed. The deliverable shall include a summary of the work that occurred as well as an analysis of the findings. TERM OF CONTRACT. The contract shall commence on the date determined in the final negotiated agreement. The Contract may also include the option for contract renewals following the initial one (1) year period, up to four (4). Continuation of the contract beyond the initial period is a City prerogative and not a right of the vendor. Unless otherwise notified in writing, the option period shall become automatic at the end of the original period.
